Yes. Paytm is fully supported for Indian users. Go to the Add Funds page, select Paytm, enter the amount, then scan the QR code or confirm on your Paytm app. Funds appear in your account within a few minutes of a successful transaction. If a payment fails, try Bhim UPI instead — both run on the same UPI network and the failure is usually a temporary gateway issue, not a problem with your account. If funds don't arrive within 10 minutes after a successful payment, open a support ticket with your transaction ID and we'll resolve it manually.

PayPal can be used manually at any time via the Add Funds page. To have it enabled automatically, you need to have added at least $200 to your account. After that, open a support ticket with your email and we'll enable it for you.

Our pricing is already at wholesale rates. The per-unit cost drops as you increase order quantity — each service page shows pricing at different volume levels. Resellers with consistently high monthly volumes can contact our support team to discuss agency pricing.

Yes. We serve 150+ countries. International users pay via PayPal or credit/debit card — UPI and Paytm are only available to Indian bank account holders. All services are available globally at the same prices.

No. Once an order is submitted it is immediately queued and processing begins on our servers, so cancellation is not possible at any stage. Before placing an order, confirm that your account is set to public — orders sent to private accounts cannot be fulfilled and are not eligible for a refund. Also verify the link format required by the service before submitting, since an incorrectly formatted link results in failed delivery with no refund. Check the quantity and service description carefully before confirming. If you placed an order to the wrong link, open a support ticket immediately — in rare cases we may be able to intervene before processing begins.

Use the format ServiceID|Link|Quantity on each line. You can find service IDs on the Services page.

Your API key is generated automatically when you create an account. Go to the API page in your dashboard to find it. The API supports placing orders, checking order status, querying balances, and listing services. It's compatible with all standard SMM panel reseller scripts.

Drip feed spreads your order over a set period — for example, 3,000 followers at 300 per day over 10 days instead of all at once. This mimics organic growth and reduces the risk of platform flagging for accounts that can't absorb sudden spikes. It's most useful for larger follower or subscriber orders. Look for the drip feed option during order placement to see if it's available for a specific service.

Buying social media followers, likes, or views is not illegal under Indian law. No provision in the IT Act 2000 or any subsequent legislation prohibits purchasing SMM services. The restriction is contractual, not legal — platforms like Instagram and YouTube prohibit it in their Terms of Service, which is a civil agreement between you and the platform, not a criminal statute. The consequence of a violation is platform action (a warning, restriction, or ban), not a legal penalty. Many Indian businesses, influencers, and digital marketing agencies use SMM panels as part of their growth strategy.

Delivery time depends on the service and quantity. Each service has an estimated time shown in its description. Most orders complete within 24 hours, though Instagram and Twitter orders may take 1–3 days for larger quantities.

Partial means we could only deliver part of your order. The undelivered portion gets refunded to your account balance automatically.

Example: You ordered 10,000 followers for ₹100. We deliver 9,000 and mark it partial — the remaining 1,000 worth (₹10) is credited back to your balance.

Small drops of 2–3 followers are normal and happen due to platform updates on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube. These are not covered by refunds. Some services include refill protection — check the service description before ordering.

Log in and go to your Orders page. Each order shows its current status: Pending (queued), In Progress (being delivered), Completed, Partial (balance credited for undelivered portion), or Failed. If an order stays Pending for more than 6 hours, open a support ticket with your order ID and we can push it forward manually.

Services with a 30-day refill guarantee are automatically topped up if your count drops within 30 days of the order completing — no ticket needed. The system monitors eligible orders and triggers refills without any action from you. Only services explicitly labelled with a refill or guarantee in their name or description are covered. Check the service description before ordering if refill protection matters to you.

The risk depends on the service you choose. Services labelled "High Quality" or "Real" use delivery patterns that look like organic activity and carry low risk. Generic low-cost services deliver faster but use patterns that platform algorithms are trained to detect. To reduce risk: stay within a realistic daily growth range (1,000–3,000 followers per day for most accounts), avoid running SMM orders during or after suspicious login activity, and keep your account public throughout delivery. No SMM panel can guarantee zero risk of platform action — if you're cautious, start with a small test order before scaling.

We do not offer cash refunds — all sales are final once an order is placed. However, if an order cannot be fully completed, the undelivered quantity is credited back to your account balance automatically and you can use it for your next order. For failed deliveries due to an incorrect link, a private account, or a service that becomes unavailable, open a support ticket within 72 hours and we'll review the case. Balance credits typically process within a few hours of the order closing as Partial or Failed.

Only services labelled "Monetized" or "Safe for Monetized Channels" are appropriate for channels with AdSense enabled. Standard view services deliver traffic patterns that may trigger YouTube's invalid traffic detection, which can result in demonetisation or a revenue hold — the opposite of what you want. Search for "monetized" on the Services page to filter the right options. If you're unsure whether a specific service is safe for your channel, contact support before ordering. Using a non-monetized service on a monetized video is a risk we cannot reverse once the order is placed.

Instagram Mentions tags other users in comments on your post. For the "Mentions [User Followers]" service, you provide your post link and the username of the account whose followers you want to mention. They receive a notification about your post.

Impressions counts how many times your post appeared on any screen — from your followers' feeds, hashtag pages, the Explore tab, or profile visits. Unlike reach, impressions count repeat views, so one person seeing your post three times adds three impressions. High impression numbers strengthen your case when pitching brand deals, since advertisers use them to estimate content exposure. Buying impressions boosts your analytics figures without affecting engagement rates like likes or comments — they work best as a supporting metric paired with likes and saves.

A Save is when someone bookmarks your post using the save icon (next to the like button). More saves signal to Instagram that your content is valuable, which can improve reach and impressions.

Place your order and submit the Live link no more than 5 seconds before going live, or immediately after you start streaming. Submitting the link too early risks delivery beginning before the stream exists — viewers cannot join a live that hasn't started, so those views are lost with no refund. If you need to pre-schedule the order, leave the link field blank and add it at the right moment using the order edit option on your dashboard. Viewer delivery typically begins within 1–3 minutes of the order being accepted. Make sure your Live is set to Public — private Lives cannot receive viewers.
